Catchpoint Elevate 2017 has come and gone, and frankly, we couldn’t be happier with what we just experienced.

Over 150 customers and partners joined us at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas for our inaugural global user conference. Over the course of three and a half days, we conducted workshops within the Catchpoint platform, hosted five spotlight presentations and 27 breakout sessions with some of the most brilliant minds in the industry, held two in-depth panel discussions with experts at the forefront of their fields, and launched Guided Intelligence, our newest product feature suite.

However, through all of that, the most important part was the incredible sense of community that we felt throughout the week from all of our attendees.

In hosting this conference, our ultimate goal as a company was to foster a community in which our users can learn from us and each other about the best ways to deliver those amazing digital experiences that everyone craves. In doing so, we also learned a great deal from our customers about their own monitoring needs, and how we can continue to be an important extension of their development, operations, and engineering teams.

It goes without saying that hosting an event like this requires a great deal of work not only on our part, but also on the part of all the incredible speakers that we had, all of whom worked so hard over the past few months to put together presentations that were not only engaging, but also provided a level of education and expertise that you simply can’t replicate in another setting.

As we continue to grow our user community and plan more programs designed to provide our clients with the level of service and education that they deserve (preparations for Elevate 2018 are already underway!), we promise to never lose sight of what truly matters to them: the opportunity to learn and grow from one another through an intimate atmosphere, informative content, and engaging speakers.

Over the next few months, we will be publishing content focusing on some of the breakout and spotlight sessions. Stay tuned for more user insight and tips to broaden and advance your performance monitoring and optimization skill set.

Thanks to all of you who helped make Elevate 2017 the success that it was, and we hope to raise the bar even more next year!
